  • The Brevard County Adult Drug Court (ADC) was created for individuals experiencing an interaction with the legal system in order to best address their underlying substance misuse needs as an alternative to the formal criminal justice system.

ADC serves adult male and female (ages 18 and up) who are deemed appropriate and eligible for the program’s services via the designated ADC screening process.

The Brevard County Adult Drug Court (ADC) is a minimum of twelve-month for felony cases specifically designed and staffed to offer a comprehensive and judicially monitored program of substance abuse treatment, education, and rehabilitation services in a structured and supervised “working-world” environment.
